Holiday Inspiration Crew Mother's Day Hop

Saturday, April 26, 2014

Welcome to the Mother's Day Inspiration Blog Hop!
You should have come here from Rachel Kleinman's fabulous blog.

We're just a group of crafty friends who love being creative. This time we've made some fun projects that mommy will love.

At the bottom of this post is a list of all the crafty ladies that are participating in this event. Be sure to visit all the blogs for great inspiration.

I made a mini tag set that can be added to a gift bag. Each of the tags have sweet sentiments that are sure to make mom smile.

I added a flower and a sterling silver crown charm to the front.

Here are the rest...

The "hello" is a cut file. It's from Pebbles in my Pocket. I used paper from Pink Paislee's "Hey Kid" collection and the "mother" sentiment is from SRM Stickers.

And this one is for all of you wonderful mom's out there!
You are all Rock Stars!!!
Your next stop on the hop is sweet Annette Allen's Blog.
And here is the complete list!

My Sweet Foodie Book

Thursday, October 3, 2013

I'm such a foodie!

My ultimate faves are baked goods.

I cannot resist the wonderful smell of pies, cookies, cupcakes, or anything sweet baking in the oven.

Here's a new mini album that I made using some fun SRM Stickers.

Here are some close-up shots.

I got these mini pies from a local bakery for a family party.

I had so much fun photographing these yummies.

I hated to cut into them.

I also made my own handmade buttons using Epiphany Crafts tools.

 Here's the cover!

A large doily, more SRM Stickers, and American Crafts thickers are just the right touch.

Noteworthy Fun with Pink Paislee & Epiphany Crafts

Monday, July 8, 2013

Happy Monday everyone! I've got two fun projects that I've made using some wonderful goodies from Epiphany Crafts and Pink Paislee.

I had so much fun pairing up the beautiful Pink Paislee Cottage Farms designer paper along with some homemade buttons. I made the buttons using Epiphany Craft's Round 14 Tool and Button Caps.

 Here's a close-up of the buttons that I made.

I also made a card by layering embellishments and adding more homemade buttons. The beautiful Pink Paislee burlap flower adds a bit of elegance to the design.

A Page of Sweet Memories

Wednesday, June 19, 2013

June Preview Day #3 is here!

There's so much fun going on at The Crafts Meow! They are releasing FIVE new stamp sets. Be sure to stop by my blog from now until June 21st to see all of the new products coming out.

We're kicking off today with the stamp set called "Sweet Memories".

Fun fact: I'm so slow when I make mini albums. I only complete a couple of pages a day. I always try to do something fun with the pages. I'm working my brain way too much right? (smile)

I actually won this Amy Tangerine Day Book from Carina's blog during the American Crafts blog hop last month. I decided to decorate this page with a "dressed up" tag using the Sweet Memories stamp set.

I love adding texture to my projects. The felt heart was actually from a Valentine's Day placemat that I got from Michael's Craft Store. I carefully cut out one of the hearts and added it to the page.

Now I've gotta figure out what I want to do with the rest of the pages. This make take a while.....

Wanna win this set?

Be sure to leave some love on the TCM Blog, by 8 p.m. PST, for your chance to win today's stamp set.

Stop back by tomorrow for another reveal and giveaway!

It's Rachel's Time to Create!

Friday, April 19, 2013

My daughter Rachel is the special guest today!

She has a fun project that she made all by herself using goodies from Clear Scraps!

{please excuse the red marks. I forgot to photograph this before her teacher graded it. - oops!}

Rachel is not into scrappin' like I am - (sad face).

She'd rather listen to One Direction ...

Go to a movie ...

or shop.

But a girl must do her homework....so...here's her creation.

Rachel's spanish teacher assigned the class a project where they all had to make a book and write an orginal story.

The story is all in espanol and is about a Little Owl's first day of school. She used Clear Scraps 6 x 6 chipboard album and Nikki Silvil's School is Cool collection.

Rachel was so excited to get an "A" on this project! Several students even commented on how cute her book is. It's always good to have a mom with scrapbook supplies in the house right? (smile)

If your kiddo ever needs supplies for their school projects, be sure to check out the Clear Scraps store for loads of fun products.

The 7 Days of Easter Projects continues today!

It's Day #5

Before we get started, I wanted to share my newest Clear Scraps project with you. And I forgot to tell ya? I am back on their design team. I just love their products and my fantastic teamies.

This mini acrylic card album is sooo much fun to decorate. I got it in the Clear Scraps Store. You've gotta check out all of the fun products. I also used loads of Heidi Swapp and American Crafts goodies on this one.

So far I've only filled the pages with a few embellies. I will add photos this summer after our California vacation.

And now we return to the 7 days of Easter projects!

I made an easter box using the Lifestyle Crafts popcorn box die. {And remember you can always get 20% off of LC dies using promo code "Cokie"). The embellies are from Pretty Little Studio. They have the cutest Easter goodies.
