Quick Gift Idea With The Craft's Meow

There's so much fun going on at The Crafts Meow! They are releasing FIVE new stamp sets. Be sure to stop by my blog from now until May 21st to see all of the new products coming out this month.

 

We're kicking off today with the stamp set called "Wildflowers".

 

Set your stopwatch for this one folks!

 

I actually put this giftie together in less than 5 minutes.

 

 

Here's how I did it:

 

1. I got the mini journal from Target

{It's already covered in decorative paper too}

 

2. I stamped the sentiment and butterfly from the Wildflowers set onto cardstock.

 

3. I used the Lifestyle Crafts Label It Kit Die to make the stamped shape.

(use code "Cokie" for 20% off any LC dies)

 

4. I used my SU punch to make the butterfly.

 

5. Use pop dots to add them to the front of your mini journal.

 

6. Add hemp twine to the left side of your journal.

 

7. Give to someone & make them SMILE!

I Heart Beautiful Hymns

Today is an exciting day!

It's my debut at The Crafts Meow and they are releasing FIVE new stamp sets. From today, until May 21st be sure to stop by my blog to see some fun projects.

I made a tag using this beautiful stamp set. I attached it to a frosted glass mason jar that I got at Walmart. I'm going to fill the inside with rolls of washi tape.

For Our Fur Baby Friends

It's fur baby day!

This one is dedicated to all of you pet lovers out there.

I plan on attaching this tag to a bag of doggy treats for my friend.

She just bought a cute lab puppy for her kiddos.

I used this kit to make it. It's full of American Craft's Amy Tangerine goodies.

Mommy Day Mania & Exciting News

Happy Mother's Day Ya'll

I've got news to share today too. Keep reading to the end to see.

First, it's a SPECIAL Mommy Day for my sweet sister! After years of miscarriages she is finally getting to enjoy her first Mother's Day with sweet little Tristan. God truly delivered a miracle to Nicole, John, and the rest of my family.

And I must say that I was inspired to make this mini because of the talented Monika Wright. Have you ever seen her mini albums? She is my "Mini Album Idol". Be sure to check out her creations.

 Page highlights are below. Hope you like my mini album. They are soooo fun to make. I got the album, paper, and chipboard from the Paper Issues shop. I used goodies from Maggie Holmes, Echo Park, GCD Studios, K & Company, and My Mind's Eye. The cute fuzzy owl is from Target.

A Fun Twist to Gift Card Gifting & Winners

 As you know, I love to put a little fun twist on my projects. I hope you enjoy the gift card holders that I'm showing off today.

 

The gift card holder above features a circular piece of canvas and some yummy American Crafts paper. I also made my own custom button using the round button tool from Epiphany Crafts.

 

This one features a cotton drawstring bag and more A.C. goodies. Adding a clothespin makes it more fun for gifting too!
