Noteworthy Fun with Pink Paislee & Epiphany Crafts

Monday, July 8, 2013

Happy Monday everyone! I've got two fun projects that I've made using some wonderful goodies from Epiphany Crafts and Pink Paislee.

I had so much fun pairing up the beautiful Pink Paislee Cottage Farms designer paper along with some homemade buttons. I made the buttons using Epiphany Craft's Round 14 Tool and Button Caps.

 Here's a close-up of the buttons that I made.

I also made a card by layering embellishments and adding more homemade buttons. The beautiful Pink Paislee burlap flower adds a bit of elegance to the design.

I had so much fun using this beautiful paper collection!

You Are My Happy

Sunday, June 23, 2013

Happy Sunday!

Did you know you can make a fun card using texture, dies, and acrylic

The combination of the three are my FAVE elements on a card.

I'm a texture kinda girl too. I had to add a bit of canvas to my card as well. The paper is from GCD Studios Pure Bliss collection. I also made my own handmade button using the Epiphany Crafts Round 25 Tool.

I used my handy dandy Lifestyle Crafts Dies & Evolution die cutter on the circle and square shapes. Elements of my card are made from acrylic from the Clear Scraps store. I had some extra pieces left from the 6" x 6" acrylic album. I used them to add reinforcement to the canvas piece.

I'm linking this creation up to three fun challenges. First, this one is perfect for the Let's Get Trendy Now 3 - "Textured Layered Challenge".

See ya back here tomorrow for more crafty fun!

More SP Designs to Share!

Thursday, August 19, 2010

Unfortunately, the Kit Design Team at Scrapmasters Paradise is no more. Samantha has decided to end the monthly kits. I enjoyed working with the talented team and we will forever remain bloggy friends. I still wanted to share my August kit projects with you. Samantha will continue selling them until the end of the month. For details click HERE.

I also entered these cards in several fun challenges going on this week! The sentiment on the card above was stamped with the Friends Never Fade Stampin Up Stamp and the Pumpkin Pie Ink . I also added ribbon, flowers, and a chipboard flower to this card. I like the dark yellow designs in the middle of the flower.

Here is the second card. I added a chipboard sentiment to this one from American Crafts and an Anna Griffin tag in the middle. I like the color of the paper on this one.

 Entered in the following Challenges
Mark's Finest Papers - Think Flowers challenge
Lexi's Creations -#20 Yellow & Orange
Sentimental Sundays - #16 Ribbon or Lace

Have a Scrappy Week!

Reason to Celebrate!

Saturday, August 14, 2010

Last week was really busy for me. I helped run a back to school camp plus I've been running around buying stuff to decorate my classroom this year. The busy school time has begun for us here in Texas.

After getting caught up on my emails and blog hopping I found some time to create a new card. I'm calling this one "Reason to Celebrate"

I'm entering this into TWO fun challenges going on this week at Off the Wall Craftiness and over at Wee Memories.

For the first challenge, I used the yummy color combination at Off the Wall Craftiness.

Secondly, Wee Memories has a buttons, brads, or bling challenge going on. There's a lot of BLING and Shiny Embellies on my card so I had to enter it there too. Here's a close-up picture. I love the glitter embossed purple paper. I also love that the champagne glass has the words "Cheers" written on it. I also added blue shiny bling alongside of the champagne glass to dress it up a bit.

There is more blingy glitter around the chipboard sentiment.
Love this shade of blue. And of course I added some ribbon to match.

I'm headed back to my craft room to create another card. Stay tuned!!!

Entered in the following challenge:
Off The Wall Craftiness - Inspiration Challenge #20
Wee Memories - #18 Buttons, Brads, & Bling
Card Recipe:
Glitter embossed patterned paper - Bo Bunny, Cardstock - Stampin Up!, Chipboard Embellishments - Me & My Big Ideas, Blue Bling Embellishments - Martha Stewart Crafts, Ribbon - Celebrate It!

Enjoy Your Weekend!
