Karson the Robot

Monday, July 29, 2013

The Epiphany Crafts team was asked to visit Pinterest to find something inspiring. Once we found our target, we were to create something based on our find.

I discovered some cuteness:

Meet Karson!

This adorable robot pillow is used during music therapy programs in children’s hospitals. You can read more about Kauzbots and their wonderful non-profit organization at - http://www.kauzbots.com

I was inspired to make a robot themed birthday card. The sweet little robot embellishment is from Doodlebug Design.

Check out the smiley face and birthday candle button. I made those using Epiphany Crafts Round 14 tool and button caps.

I designed the sentiment & buttons using SRM Stickers. I used Calendar Companion for the buttons and Sticker Sentiments - Birthday for the sentiment.

Stickers are fun to use. Just make sure you adhere the stickers to cardstock before using them with your Epiphany Crafts tools.

Note to self - use Pinterest more often to find inspiration!!!!

Getting Ready for Some Fun

Tuesday, July 2, 2013

I just love the 4th of July!

It's such a fun and festive time. I've got several projects for you today that I've made using Epiphany Crafts tools. To keep the patriotic them alive, I used the Star 25 Tool and Bubble Caps for all of my projects today.

The photo above is a sweet treat project. It's always fun to make cupcake toppers for the backyard barbecue.

Next up is a patriotic glassine bag. The stars really stands out when you add colorful paper.

And here's one more... It's always fun to give a handmade card to your guests at the 4th of July barbecue. This one is super fun and festive with the added stars.

Here are some close-up shots of just how festive the stars look.

I also used several FREE 4th of July printables that I found on the web. Just Google - "4th of July printables". There are tons of selections to choose from. Please see the supply list below to see the ones that I've used.

And did you know that Epiphany Crafts has free printables too? I've used these as well! Simply right click to save the images then print out in a 4 by 6 size. Then select your favorite Epiphany Crafts Round 25 Tool and Charms and get crafty!

I hope you all have a Happy 4th of July!
